competency according to
Technique & Régulation Développement

The men of Technique & Régulation Développement express their skills while sharing a certain number of values:

qualification. Our theoretical education is purposely minimal, guaranteeing our capacity for growth and providing a better understanding of the technical problems brought before us. We rapidly acquire complementary knowledge and skills on the sites, thanks to the diversity of the equipment, processes, and procedures encountered.
mobility. We are all at least bilingual (French and English) and immediately mobile (a suitcase in one hand, a passport in the other).
autonomy. We are responsible individuals, used to working in contexts often deemed hostile.
integration. We are first and foremost at the service of our customer, and we wear his colors.
development and progress. The cohesion of our group provides a dynamic transfer of knowledge. We constantly benefit from the knowledge of those who have come before us. We "inherit" the experience they gained on their itineraries.
